Project 3 – B2B Sales Enablement Collateral (B2B)

Context:

In response to immediate partner interest, our sales team required a credible, polished Program Catalog to showcase Uvaro’s full program suite to potential corporate and government partners. The request came at a pivotal moment in the company’s B2B expansion, where early impressions would directly influence new partnership opportunities and pilot agreements.

With only two days to deliver, the challenge was not only speed but also legitimacy, to demonstrate that Uvaro’s programs had the structure, depth, and quality expected of an established workforce training provider. The catalog needed to unify fragmented program details, reflect a professional brand image, and provide sales with a trusted asset that could scale for future proposals and presentations.

My Role:

  • Led the end-to-end creation of the catalog under a compressed timeline, from content gathering to design and layout.
  • Collaborated directly with sales to identify key partner pain points and information gaps.
  • Structured the catalog to highlight program variety, outcomes, and credibility markers while maintaining concise readability.
  • Designed the final collateral in-house, ensuring brand alignment despite the rapid turnaround.

Results:

  • Delivered a professional, partner-ready Program Catalog in just 48 hours.
  • Equipped sales with a trusted, repeatable asset that elevated conversations with prospective partners.
  • Strengthened Lighthouse Labs’ position as a legitimate and scalable training provider in the eyes of new corporate clients.

Established a framework for future sales collateral, later expanded into a full suite of enablement materials.
